I've been with Compliance for many years and for multiple lines of insurance products and there's a reason for that loyalty: the level of customer service, professionalism, and knowledge is STELLAR. Heather is truly THE BEST! She not only consistently goes way above and beyond and always has my best interests in mind (as well as my pocketbook- she's always searching for the best deals for me), she does so with genuine kindness and care that is almost impossible to experience these days in any kind of service industry. I wish everyone in any kind of customer service could learn from her. I really can't say enough good things about her. Every chance I can, I refer people to her. I called Compliance remembering positive experiences and low prices from them in the past in regards to my car insurance. Heather is who I was connected to and she has been so great to work with. She was available, checked all my options for the lowest rate immediately, she is down to earth and humble, straight to the point, understands without judgement, called back right away with quotes, and I got insurance that day via phone. I called twice within two years for two 6 month length coverage and each time the service was the same. So easy! Thank you Heather for being you!
